Reception was spare- the glass table was covered in dust... our room however was SPOTLESS! Cleaning staff were out of this world awesome so not sure whats up with reception area, very dark and unwelcoming, the place is bare... they could do SOOOOOOO much with this hotel, with a bit of effort, some flowers, a "canteen" , books, a games night.... anything.... there is very little happening at the actual hotel... it was a bit disappointing. no one really told you what was happing in or around the hotel, it was very much a guessing game.

Room was big with nice lounge and kitchen. all was clean BUT there was very little effort put into the rooms- the decor was minimal/none existent, there were draws without handles, the pictures are not true of the place.... we honestly felt alittle catfished- very spare throughout the entire hotel.

was not happy with the bathroom, bath tub combined with shower is not comfortable to use, water spills and there is nothing to wipe it with. there was no air freshner, only 1 roll of toilet paper in the room, had to call and ask for another one. i only found one set of bathing soaps to share amongst 4 people had to call and request same and was given 1 more set. the place needs to be sprayed regulary as there many insects im the room. if there is wifi in the rooms passwords should be provided for full tv access and experience.

The facility didnt offer a buffet breakfast eventhough we paid for it in our booking. Most menu items were out of stock on the day of arrival so we were not able to eat at the restaurant at the hotel.

When I booked I requested the breakfast but only to be charged excluding breakfast and only to find out in the morning that they did not charge for it and was disappointed

Their facilities are old and not properly maintained with untidy corridors. Waiting time for hot breakfast was longer than expected. I expected the self-service but had to place the order which took time to be served.

Our apartment was clean inside and spacious, their staff was friendly and welcoming. Tasty breakfast!

The breakfast was not nice like the way I was expecting. Day one we ordered the omelet and was dry ,day 2 we order the different breakfast the fish fingers was dry we couldn't even eaten it

Nothing at all,because It was not for the first to book the Premier hotel ,before I booked at Premier hotel in Drakensburg and everything was on top.in your hotel the beds was not comfortable .When I booked breakfast was included and I thought it was a buffet. I asked for the mwlenu for the dinner and I was not happy then we decided to go out for the dinner to Wild coast sun. When we arrived there I found that the name is Edwardian hotel and I thought we are in a wrong place

NO WIFI IN THE ROOMS AND THE TV ITS TO SMALL,NO BUFFET DURING THE DINNER OR BREAKFAST.

ROOM,BATHROOM IS GOOD AULTHOUGH THE BATH TAB IS TO SMALL AND THE BED ITS OK ALTHOUGH IT WILL BE NICE IF IT WAS ONE SOLID QUEEN OR KING SIZE BED.

I wasn't aware there was no toothpaste which I had to go out and buy. I had to phone in and ask for milk which I thought will be available on arrival.
