You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

South AfricaThe kitchen is a bit disappointing. One would expect nicer crockery and cutlery in a penthouse. Dishes were dirty and wet in cupboards. Even the glasses didn’t appear to be clean and shiny. Plates and bowls chipped. No coffee cups and plastic champagne glasses and not if good quality. Kettle and dish cloth not of the cleanest.
A really beautiful penthouse. With double balcony. Furniture and decor 👌. We only booked for 1 night and didn’t spent a lot of time here as we were enjoying the lagoon, kayaking and games room.

South Africait’s on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, which was fine with us. As we only stayed 1 night so we didn’t have a lot of luggage. Something to consider if you have health issues or a lot of luggage.
