We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe check in/check out process wasn't great. We picked up the keys from another location but had to wait 15min at the door with nobody answering our calls. The guy who eventually helped us was very pleasant though. Similar experience on check out. The reception was locked, nobody answered our calls on the 3 numbers provided and there was no drop box as described. We had to leave the keys exposed at the reception door as we were getting late for our flight. I felt quite bad about doing this but we didn't have a choice. The apartment could do with a little maintenance, but overall it was a lovely stay.
The apartments were spacious, well furnished, well stocked and comfortable. The location was excellent. We felt very safe and secure.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and spacious with stunning views over the mountains and ocean. Spacious underground parking and very good location in Camps bay just near the forest and some 7-minutes walk to Camps Bay beach with all the restaurants, cafes and stunning 12 Apostles beach.

United States of AmericaThere were several issues with the apartment, including a frig that wouldn't close and so kept beeping, AC that didn't work and the bathtub without a stopper. I waited several days for items to be fixed, was told they had been when they had not, and I finally asked to be moved to another apartment. I left a week early from my entire trip to So Africa due to not being able to sleep and not being offered any other options until the morning we were leaving, after we had already purchased a return flight. I would like a refund for that week, but I got no response to that request, not surprising.

The Crystal Apartments where we picked up the keys are not in overall control and while they did try to be helpful it was apparent that they had problems with the management of Glen Apartments. Some of the issues we encountered. Security,patio door not locking.Microwave not working. One set of keys between 2 couples. Initial shortage of towels. No provision for lighting when load shedding occurred( electricity off)which was frequent. Contact numbers in apartment go to answering service, nobody replies. Door latch on fridge broken. Health & Safety, broken bracket on main support to large front windows resulting in them swaying in the strong winds we experienced.

South AfricaWe asked to check in at the apartments since we would be arriving late from the airport a day prior to arrival. when we arrived they were not ready for us. We had to wait outside in the cold for over 30 mins whilst trying to get ahold of someone to let us check in. When Dixon arrived he was rude and did really apologize for any wrong doing on their part. it was filthy when we checked in, so in the morning we asked Jacques (or whatever his name is) that they send a cleaning lady in the morning but they were very rude and uninterested. they didn’t pay any attention to our complaints.
