Loved the location, super friendly helpful staff. Fabulous setting. Great food. Staff went over and above the call of duty to make our stay great. The decor puts you in holiday mode. We would not hesitate to stay there again

By far the best outlet we stayed in during our trip in South Africa and one of the best we ever visited. Wonderful location, fantastic food, attentive and kind staff and great facilities. Long beach is a great hub to discover Cape Peninsula & surrounds. We were spoilt throughout our stay, with one surprise after the other from the team who truly made this stay memorable. My mother and sister are not seafood lovers so the menu was very limited for them. I understand that the place promises the greatest seafood experience however I did not think that the menu will just be that.

Brandon, our gracious host, was always readily available to cater to our needs. Both him and Fani provided exceptional service that left a lasting impression. The Chef also added to the excellence of our experience.

Location, staff and all inclusive package. They make sure you feel at home away from home They have unobstructed views of the ocean, heated flooring in winter, they have great staff and service to all customers. Having to just close your room door and have 3 course fine and private dining is excellent with staff and chef working to your appetite is exceptional. The room, internet and bathroom is wondeful as well as the amenities

The only small thing I can comment is that the containers of shower amenities (shampoo/body wash) were not in line with the luxury standard of the rest. Cheap pump bottles that didn’t work very well.

A perfect blend of 5-star boutique hotel facilities, personal service, a charming knowledgeable manageress, and super friendly and efficient staff that makes you feel like family. It stormed throughout the night and we woke up to a warm fireplace, with breakfast overlooking the balcony, sea, mountains, and sky. A delicious selection of English and hot breakfast.
