Garage parking for our Mazda CX5 was too small to use. Other parking in the complex is limited. Unit has 3 floors, the stairs can be quite steep and dangerous for very young children.

Property location was excellent, perfect sea view, easy access to beach. Unit was tastefully decorated and all furniture/appliances provided for a comfortable stay.

The dedicated garage is a little too small for a bakkie, so the garage door is not able to close but the location of this parking is good, so it is no trouble getting in and out. The outside bath did not have a bath plug but one could use the inside bath's plug as it fitted. The overflow opening of the inside bath was clocked and there was a little bit of hair in the drain openings of both bath.

The friendliness of the host, outside bath, the top level penthouse effect, the view, bed and bedding in the main bedroom, the swimmingpool and location was exceptional.

The towels and bedding had stains on. It was probably clean, but you don't want to wonder about things like that. We stayed 2 nights and there wasn't enough toiletpaper supplied. Not enough sharp knives. Very few glasses although host brought some. If you prefer a nice wine glass, rather take your own with. Water marks running down walls reported. Wifi passwords provided but not the login name.

The tv in the bedroom was not working.

Loved Netflix for the kids. Enjoyed the open and modern living space a lot! Nespresso machine was a lekker bonus. Loved the shower with a view of rhe ocean! Very helpful and pleasant staff! It was an absolute treat! Thank you

The facilities were pretty good not much to really fault. It was clean and neat. I think just to add I think a gas stove as an upgrade which will be more user friendly.

There would not have been a trip if the owner was honest enough to state that this place was without water for 2 weeks & counting. We kept on getting told that water will be back either that afternoon or tomorrow but after chatting with some other people in the vicinity they were without water for 2 weeks. We could not continue our vacation there with all the water issues. I am yet to be reimbursed. Really don't want to think about it. If only we were told upfront about the area being without water for weeks then I should have not gone ahead with this booking. Really disappointing.

All the stairs in the unit that doesn't get mentioned in the advert. The photos on booking.com is way more promising than the actual place. The place is not safe with all the stairs for small kids as the stairs are very small and no bars in front of windows that opens widely. Wont rent it again and wont refer anybody.

Where do I start. The apartment was not cleaned properly. The upstairs bath tub stained. Blinds in the rooms were broken. The Bed linen were miss matched and not cleaned. Had to be changed the next day. A blanket was stuffed into a pillow case. The pictures are very deceiving. Three floors. Not suitable for families with kids, very dangerous. Only one toilet on the second floor. Not enough glasses. No steak knives. Basically this kitchen is not well equipped. No air conditioning. Fans were not cleaned in decades.

The location was perfect. The pool was a bonus.

The unit had many issues: Front door does not close properly The bed is broken in the second bedroom. Sleeper couch with no duvet. Blinds are broken/missing in both rooms, light shines in at night. Ceiling fan dirty. Braai grid dirty on arrival - so much for hygiene. TV in bedroom but NO plug (not sure who travels with an extension chord). No Broom to sweep sand after a few days at the beach (visibly locked away.)
