We came in the hotel at 2am , organized the transportation, welcomed us at arrival, helped us with the bags.. The breakfast was very very good.

The staff - Muhamed and Sukeina - turned our stay into pure pleasure. Both of them are really passionate about what they are doing. Also the decorations of riada was very nice, kept in blue tonality. View from terrace to the city is impressive. Breakfast is rich and each day has small difference. And it is worth to have a dinner there. We even stayed one night longer as expected.

The room was neat, clean and hygienic. Traditional Moroccan breakfast in good quantity was served.

By far, the entire staff, especially Amin and Hayat, were extremely professional and helpful! This was one of the best staffs we have ever encountered! Our son, Dorian, became ill due to the heat at the beach in Rabat and the staff helped us at night and the next two days with him. They did not have to provide so much support. They supported our every request. We loved the conversations with Hayat and other staff members. It is very important to us to speak with the staff, if we can. It helps with the vibe of the place. The location of Riad Louna is superb! We stayed at Riad Louna for 6 days and used it as our "base camp." We did individual tours with our tour guide, Adil Loula, each of the 6 days. We visited the Fes Medina, military museum, Volubilis (Wow!), Meknes, toured and spent 3 hours on the beach in Rabat, Middle Atlas Mountains, Irene, and Chefchaouen ("the Santorini of Morocco") plus other panoramic locations. It was nice to return to the riad after a long day and rest in our large family room. The most upper terrace of the riad was nice in the evening - so relaxing and peaceful!
