The customer service was excellent--special shout out to Hamza, who went far above and beyond what was required, even spending 3 hours in the hospital with my friend when she fell and hurt her arm. Whatever Hamza is being paid, he deserves a raise!! We also loved having breakfast on the rooftop terrace. The location was great too; we loved exploring the streets nearby and found a delicious restaurant right around the corner. I will absolutely come back her the next time I am in Chefchaoen!
