L'hotel està en un edifici al que s'accedeix per un patí i per això en un primer moment ens va costar una mica trobar-ho, però una senyora molt amable que passava per allí ens va indicar que anéssim a la recepció de l'hotel Compliment, que es troba gairebé al costat i, un cop allí ja ens van fer el check-in i ens van acompanyar a l'habitació. És a dir l'allotjament és com un annex d'aquest hotel. L'habitació no era molt gran però era molt bonica i estava impecable, completament nova i decorada amb força encant. Vam estar molt bé allí i per visitar el poble només has de sortir al carrer i començar a caminar, ja que està al ben mig del carrer principal empedrat... És un poblet petit però molt bonic, el més encantador que vam visitar durant lel nostre viatge per Bulgària. A dos pases hi ha un parell de restaurants on es pot menjar molt bé a preus realment ridículs. La relació qualitat preu de l'hotel fantàstica... Es pot aparcar sense problema a algun dels carrers propers que hi ha pel voltant...
