We asked for a different room and they gave us a beautiful suite with a king bed and a jacuzzi! What a wonderful surprise! I love this hotel! They have a gorgeous heated pool and a grand piano in the lobby. I often stopped by to play the piano and entertain myself and other guests! The staff is very courteous, friendly and professional, always ready to help! The location is close to myriad attractions in Bogotá and easy to get transportation. Will definitely stay here again!

Quiet location very close to everything in La Candelaria, easily walkable if (short) uphill walks in this altitude are no problem for you. The hotel has a special charm, someone between Spanish Colonial and a European medieval castle. One of the most unique places we ever stayed in. Staff was friendly and attentive, especially the young woman working reception on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Good for her, she had Sunday off, so we didn't get to ask for her name, but she was always there and always went the extra mile.

Very convenient to all downtown locations. Breakfast was exceptional. staff helpful and friendly. We were in the suite with its own balcony, room 403, and it was divine.
