Beautiful 5 star resort situated on it's own private beach, with lounges available for guests of the resort to use (including towels and water). The rooms are quite spacious and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the breakfast is comprehensive with many options and coffee made to order. Nice touches like bringing by water bottles to your room at night, since you are a bit removed from shops etc. You can also walk to several restaurants nearby for dinner if you don't have a car. All in the value is quite good for the price you pay, and it was the perfect place for a relaxing week at the beach.

Just a 13-minute walk from Melloi Beach and 1.1 miles from Patmos Port, Nicolas Studios features accommodations in Skala, with a garden and a shared lounge.

Hospitality :) Nicolas and all his family were incredibly friendly and helpful to us. They are always ready to help to anything and always smiling 😌 Nicolas picked up us from the port and even transferred us to the beaches. Studios are very close to the city center, only 10min to walk. The place is either very comfortable and safe for the kids. No cars around, abig garden and a gazebo. We felt like we are at home

The breakfasts were exceptionally well done, with a spectacular view of the islands. The staff were very helpful & friendly. My experience far surpassed what I was expecting

Great location! Right next to the ferry port, good for middle of the night arrival/departures. I got a seaside view room and watching the harbor activities is always interesting. Breakfast was great, and the best coffee ever. Host is fabulous and full of good information. One of my favorite hotels.
