Everything was good. It's easy to find, close to the Central Market. The room was very comfortable and clean. And our host was amazing, he helped us get a reservation for Galleria Dell'accademia and was overall very nice and attentive. I would definitely come back.

Alles. Das Hotel hat jetzt auch Restaurant… und sehr lecker. Der Shuttlebus ist immer direkt zur Hand . gut organisiert und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Früher war es immer etwas kühl in den Zimmern ( zu dieser Jahreszeit) aber auch das ist jetzt nicht mehr der Fall. wie immer . alles perfekt und wir kommen wieder.

The staff were Excellent. Very friendly, kind and helpful. They provided us with a very useful map with restaurant recommendations written in for us. The room was beautiful, and the street was nice and quiet.

The hotel is stunning in itself, however, the staff welcoming friendliness and warmth, is the real gem here. - Special kudos and shout-out and much gratitude go to the Francesco and the 3 others front reception staff on 29 MAR 2022, at approx 1400 hrs, when we arrived. They all offered kind words at our arrival, being gentle and genuine. - The room was an upgrade, which I am super grateful for, a dream, big, cozy, with gorgeous tall window, and quiet at night. - The rooftop patio offers a stunning view of Florence, a must see. - The quality of the towels and washroom amenities were also super, it felt like a spa. - The hotel is a brief walk to the train station, making an easy arrival/departure commute.
