Location excellent - close to Portonovo beach, the National Park and Ancona only 10 minutes away. The family who operate this business were extremely accommodating, and nothing was too much trouble. We met the entire family from the original owners to the son and daughter in law and their son. We found the whole experience just great. We will be back to stay a little longer next visit. The restaurant food and breakfasts were all locally produced. and great value for money, as were the wines.

We loved the location, facilities and ambience. Just sorry we could only stay one day as it was a short stop over on our travel to the north of Italy. The access to the electric car charger was another reason we booked the place as it made it very convenient not to have to hunt around for a charging place outside the hotel. We had a nice stay here. The room was very large and had 2 balconies We didn't have seaview, but it didn't say so either when we booked. The staff speaks very good english. Parking in the shade just across the street from the hotel. There's a path to the beach, but it's quite steep so we would recommend not to go in flip-flops. The breakfast was amazing.
