Beautiful, quiet colonial hotel located a short walk from the plaza. The 2 courtyards provided a needed respite from the noise and car fumes. Very comfortable and clean room. Breakfast was delicious and included a selection of fresh juices, eggs, fruit, yogurt, sliced meat and cheese, bread, and coffee/tea.

Charming Boutique hotel. Excellent location away from the busy center but an easy walk past a beautiful park. We enjoyed our walk and always felt safe. Enjoyed the hot tub one evening after a long day. Nice breakfast Included. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Amazing place to stay. The center is just 15min walk from the hotel. Braulio and his staff are super helpful and friendly. They had our room ready way before check in time and helped us with our early arrival. They even arranged a taxi for us and waited in the Middle of the when we had to good on a tour early in the morning. We didnt manage to have from their homemade breakfast but he prepared a small bag. Room and bathroom were spot clean ! Absolutely recommend the place !

The hotel is approx 10 min walk from the main square. The room is spacious with a table to work at. The beds are super comfy, with good quality bedding. After 7 months of travelling and sleeping in so many different beds .. i would definitely rate this as one of the best .. surpassing more expensive hotels. Also the staff are really friendly and helpful

Fabulous location-- quiet side avenue in the historic heart of Arequipa with easy walking around city center. Near excellent restaurants, Mirador de Yanahuara, Plaza de Armas, Parque Selva Alegre, etc. Adjacent to nice small plaza Campo Redondo with casual to elegant places for food, desserts, craft beer and cocktails Lovely common spaces--rooftop patio with panoramic views including volcanoes and much of the city. Cozy central courtyard with chairs and table, and comfy leather reading chairs on second floor Friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast on upstairs patio, nicely tiled showers and comfortable beds!
