A real hidden gem in Istanbul, nearby Galata Tower. Very clean and confortable. The staff is truly outstanding, from the lobby, to the restaurant staff, evening bartender and cleaning team. Every one of them was going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect during our 4 days stay. Salim was especially helpful at the reception, giving us many tips to visit the city and arranging transport for us. Also a special mention : i needed to find a store to reprint a damaged poster for a scientific conference i was attending the day following my arrival. After explaining my problem to Zeynep, she picked the phone and called local printers (speaking turk only) and found a solution to my problem in less than 10 minutes and at a bargain price. Such a relief!

Great little boutique hotel. One of the best staffs to ensure the stay is wonderful. I am forgetting the names of the receptionist team. They made sure the guests were having an amazing stay. The male and the female on the reception from greeting and making sure we have all that we need all the time. They are amazing and the hotel itself is in a prime location.
