One of the most beautiful are we have ever seen. Exceptionally helpful staff. After checking in, we realized that the tv remote was broken. They tried to replace it, but it didn't work either. Within two hours, they gave us a new tv.

The hotel is a very interesting old building with character. Good on-site parking which is important in this little hill village. The breakfast that was included in the tarrif was huge, lots of food of good variety. Our room had a balcony with a great view of the citadel/castle.

Þetta nútímalega hótel er staðsett í hjarta Escaldes og er aðeins 150 metra frá göngugötu Andorra, frægu heilsulindinni Caldea í bænum og nýju heilsumiðstöðinni Inúu. Location was great - we got a room overlooking the river. We slept with the window open and it felt like sleeping next to a waterfall :) Also only a few steps away from the main street. Room was amazing - big and so well equipped. One of the best bathrooms we've experienced. Staff was so friendly as well.
