The hotel is easily accessible via the Riyadh Metro with Al-Olaya Station and Inma Bank station just a short distance away one minute walking only, making it convenient to reach the city’s... First of all - very polite, attentive and helpful staff, customer service is highest quality. All employees whom we met - smiling when we talked with them, asking if are not missing anything and they can help us somehow. Room was spacious, clean, everything was there, we have not missed anything. Hotel location is very good - close to many restaurants and cafes of Olaya street, also not far from Kingdom Center. Breakfast was excellent, wifi was good and stable. Truly enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel.

Sereen too was sympathetic and helpful. Omar called me to check up on me when I left.

Our room was very spacious with enough room for our whole family, the shower and toilet were also very spacious. The mattress was really comfortable and soft, felt like it was hugging me :-) Breakfast was exquisite. If you are staying there on a Sunday make sure not to make any plans out of the hotel on that day because the breakfast stays until 3 pm. Amazing you can just stay at the dining room from morning until 3 pm and it's all included in the. breakfast charge.
