Great facilities, newly refurbished rooms. Suite was huge and very well designed. Views from deluxe rooms were superb. Reception & excursion staff were very helpful. Restaurant was good. The construction works that were being carried out (& stated clearly on booking platform) were not intrusive while we were at the hotel. It will be a really amazing when completed.

Nice swimming pool,great garden Really recommend this place It's a 15 min walk to get to the bus stop and 20 mins bus ride to the falls

The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. They will do whatever they can to help tailor your experience here to exactly what you want and need. They have drivers that can take you wherever you need to go...at reasonable rates. They will help you purchase tickets to any of the nearby attractions and activities. Then you can come back at the end of a (very hot) day and relax in the pools, in your balcony watching the coati scamper thru the jungle, or on the restaurant terrace overlooking the grounds. I don't give excellent reviews. I believe most places merely meet expectations. This place is a true paradise.
