Built in the 1890s, this historic hotel was one of the first hotels in Lauterbrunnen. The family-run Hotel Staubbach offers panoramic views of the Staubbach Falls and Lauterbrunnen Valley. It is located 600 metres from the Lauterbrunnen station and offers free parking and free Wi-Fi. The hotel is placed at the perfect location and is super convenient. The staff, especially Adam is super kind and helpful and gave good recommendations. Breakfast is decent.

Hotel Jägerhof enjoys a quiet location close to the centre of Zermatt, a 5-minute walk from the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It has a gym and offers free WiFi.

The rooms have a flat-screen TV with many international channels. The Matterhorn can be seen from some of the rooms. Clean and comfortable. Great view for Matterhorn at the room. Friendly staff. Excellent dinner and breakfast.

The ARCA Solebad Wellness & Spa in Zermatt is located near the centre, the station, the Gornergrat train and the Sunnegga-Rothorn train and features up-to date wellness facilities including an indoor brine pool. The hotel was great , very traditional and comfortable décor . it was actually better than expected as the photos don't really do it justice , especially the pool etc . we had a great view of Zermatt from our 3rd floor balcony . breakfast was also great .

This is an amazing hotel very comfortable very quiet with a view of the Matterhorn from my windows the breakfast is the best I’ve ever experienced in the hotel in my 70 years. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel. It was exemplary in every way. And affordable at the beginning of December

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, the location is convenient and close to the train station, and the free shuttle to the hotel was a big plus. The spa and the breakfast were excellent as well, and the view of the mountains was absolutely stunning.

Hotel Jungfraublick is located slightly above the center of the car-free village of Wengen, at 1,300 meters above sea level. Situated in the heart of the Jungfrau Region, the hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Wengen train station and a 5-minute walk from the Männlichen cable car station. The amazing views and the old charm of the hotel, within easy walking distance to the village centre. The hospitality of staff members John and Nathalie was exceptional - both very friendly and professional. Breakfast and dinner was excellent.

The family-run Hotel Alpina right in the heart of the car-free resort of Mürren offers you a unique location and spectacular views over the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains.

The Swiss-style rooms are pleasantly and comfortably furnished. Most rooms also offer spectacular views of the mountains and the Lauterbrunnen Valley. Located on the cliffside and nicer side of Mürren close to the mountain clouds. The room was perfect for a solo traveller and the view from the balcony is just heavenly (make sure to request for a room by the mountain side), check pics. Bfast was good and also had dinner here twice, their food is great and servers are attentive. Hotel is the first one on the cliffside after turning left from the train station, it isn’t a very long walk. I had an overall pleasant stay and will stay here again.
