Greeting guests with its beautiful lobby chimney, this hotel offers accommodations on the shores of Villarrica Lake. The location was great, right between Villarica and Pucon. 10 min from each. Also the hotel was “right” size, not too big and not too small, related to amount of guests. Breakfast was great, food was very high quality and very well prepared. Congrats to the chef. Beds were very comfortable and cleanliness was good.

Spectacular views and an outdoor swimming pool can be enjoyed in Hotel & Aparthotel Monte Verde, just 5 km from Pucón. A sauna room is available and guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi. Everything was perfect, the breakfast was amazing and so generous. Highly recommended using the hot tub!

The hotel is gorgeous, with an honesty bar, delicious breakfast and attentive, welcoming hosts. Highly recommend!

Lovely location in the hill, superb views of the volcano, sheep wondering around in the morning, nice breakfast and excellent fire-based heating system… really good for relaxing.

Situated only 850 metres from Villarrica lake and 1 block away from the main street, Hotel Cumbres del Sur offers accommodation with free WiFi access in Pucón's city centre. I stayed at this hotel for a week. Staff were amazing! They were efficient and really fast when I needed help. Shout out to the young man who was in charge of breakfast. He was so busy every morning, yet he was helpful and always with a smile. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fruits, different types of bread, and pastries. They also have toaster and a panino machine. The bedroom was cozy and impeccable. I loved that they gave us a room on the third floor and that the window was secured, so my little boy didn't have the chance to run away or get hurt. The swimming pool was just what we needed to end hot and long days. The 24-hour access tea and coffee station was a nice touch for the late coffee/tea drinkers. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Pucon

We spent 3 nights in this nice hotel. The hotel is safe and is perfectly located in Pucón. The bedroom and the bathroom were large and cosy. The breakfast was delicious. A special mention to the people working at the hotel reception : they were super nice and helpful ! We really enjoyed our stay there !
