Big shout out to Pablo who's first day it was and was so nice and helpful when I arrived and I liked that they gave you a welcome drink in the bar on the rooftop. The rooms are nice and spacious and you can open the window to get some of that nice fresh Puerto Natales air in. Breakfast had plenty of options.

Offering Bed & Breakfast and Full-board, Hotel Río Serrano + Spa is in Torres del Paine. There is an on-site restaurant and a garden overlooking the Paine Massif. A buffet breakfast is served daily. the only option of it’s region and definitely you should try their spa. It’s in my top 5

Hostal Fernando de Magalhaes offers accommodation in the district of Cerro de la Cruz in Punta Arenas. All rooms are fitted with a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The Host was amazing, he helped us with everything and made our stay very comfortable The room was clean and quiet with a wonderful view. He prepares for us a breakfast bag as we left the hotel very early. Highly recommended with amazing price/ quality ratio.

Located in Punta Arenas, one of the most southernly points in Chile, Hotel Diego de Almagro offers accommodations on the coast of the Magellan Strait. Great price and location. The most family friendly place we stayed at during our Chile trip - right down to the heated pool - WITH KID TOYS (pool floaties, noodles!). Best continental breakfast. Great WIFI. Able to have an hour long phone call sorting out flight issues. Staff are fluent in English and very helpful. Very helpful to have restaurant on site with accommodating hours.
