Nice, clean, spacious room with balcony and bathroom; lovely spa rooms with different saunas, a gym, and quiet room; nice wooden decking with pool and plenty of lying chairs; lovely outdoor space with rabbits and cosy, wooden mountain hut; amazing views! The hosts were incredibly friendly and kind, and the food was lovely.

Hearty welcome and farewell from the owners, eagerness to help and tips on local highlights, comfortably furnished and equipped apartment with everything one will need for a few days stay and absolutely marvellous surrounding - the very heart of the Bavarian Forest resort, yet in close proximity by car to amenities like supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. We felt ourselves at home. As a person with a travelling bag I can say without dought - it´s the best gesthouse I have ever stayed at. Lenka and Martin, you are the best hosts, my husband and I will certainly come back. Czech and Russian are also spoken in this guest house.

Located in the town of Habischried, the family-run Hotel Schäfflerhof is just 500 metres from the Geisskopf ski resort and bike park. There are entertainment and sports facilities, and a petting zoo. The nicest owners! Very cozy rooms. And then there were the goats 🐐. We had a great stay, thank you.
