The dinner, which is made by Rawia herself is organic and super tasty! The food is local, fresh and beautiful served. You have a stunning view on the Nil and the wild life surrounded. The bed was super comfortable and beautiful decorated. We enjoyed having breakfast in the early morning at Baba Dool! Rawia is such an inspiring and loving host and she took care of all the little details. It felt like home! Thank you Rawia for these great memories! We will definitely come back!

Situated in Gharb Sahel, a Nubian village on the west bank of the Nile, Eka- Guesthouse sits opposite to the city of Aswan and overlooks The First Cataracts. It boasts air-conditioned accommodation. A very clean, good smelling place with some Nubian design. Very, very friendly and helpful staff. You might be terrified by the outdoor surroundings as it's in a quite poor village, but you will be satisfied with the interior and service. Good communication & quick response by the staff.

Obelisk Nile Hotel Aswan Resort is located on the Nile Corniche, just 5 minutes' drive from the centre of Aswan. All rooms have a garden view. Stunning, serene location. We got river view rooms, which added to the overall experience. The staff (particularly restaurant and house keeping - Noura) were exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Early check in was arranged without any hassle, and the management was very understanding when our departure got delayed by several hours, and we were able to stay on and use the facilities at no extra cost. Also very friendly with the children.
