This was our second stay at this wonderful hotel in Cairo, and it exceeded our expectations again. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, the location ideal, and our spacious room had a stunning view. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Cairo – we’ll definitely be back!

Location, great facilities, restaurant choices and very professional and courteous staff. A special mention to the Guest Experience Manager Mr. M.Z who was particularly helpful with a room query when we checked in.

Particularly liked the roof top alfresco dining watching the sun go down over the Nile and the lights of Cairo coming on along with those of the boats plying their trade on the river. Memorable.

Huge room, amazing view, but the best for sure is the guest service team in the fairmont gold lounge. Christine is the gem of the hotel.
