Jacques was an exceptional host who was always available to answer questions and meet our needs. The hosts are a definite asset to the hotel. Cafe au lait and pastries at the Hotel du Palais and the view was a highlight!

Hôtel & Espace Bien-être La Maison du Lierre is located in Biarritz, 300 metres from the beach and 5 minutes from the convention centres Bellevue, Casino and Gare du Midi as well as 100 metres from... Beautiful old French building. Room was perfect, lovely shower and a nice spacious balcony. Air con was good too as it was quite hot outside when we stayed. Overall very comfortable.

Completely renovated, the hotel consists of three village houses, 35 rooms spread over 3 floors, and plateaus in the heart of the most shopping district of Biarritz, Les Halles, is a lively and green... The stay was exceptionally nice. The rooms are so well equipped and cozy. You feel like home not like in a hotel at all the breakfast is so good and the stuff was exceptionally nice. I extended my stay for one more night and they made everything happen. I was traveling with my dog and they were extremely nice and well coming to him as well. Super pet friendly.

Our host Bernadette was extremely welcoming upon our arrival and provided a wonderful breakfast before seeing us off in the morning.

We loved the cottage and the big beautiful yard. Very comfortable, clean and homy. Carlos and Fatima are super nice and provided good advice. We enjoyed the petit dejeneur, parking in the premises and the quiet atmosphere. It felt like home.
