Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable! The concierge was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and so was the dinner! We can’t wait to come to Jaipur again just to stay at the Pearl Palace Heritage!

The staff was very helpful and always smiling. Whenever i stepped out for an activity; the staff would hand over water. The fort is 15 minutes walk from the hotel. The room was spacious and comforting after all day of sightseeing hustle. also enjoyed the interesting fusion of Indian flavors at the rooftop restaurant. it is best best location to stay and its one of cleanness hotel i have stay in india.

The hosts were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful. From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and at home. They made sure we understood exactly where we were in relation to all the major sightseeing attractions but also gave lots of suggestions for smaller, more personal things like where to buy good Gulab Juman if we wanted a sweet treat. We were offered tea every time we came back to the house and on one occasion they went out to buy my wife a sieve so she could try the tea leaves she had bought from a market. They never tried to sell anything and didn't ask for payment for any of the extra things they did for us. The room itself was large, comfortable and immaculately clean (as was the whole building). Breakfast was different each day and was both delicious and plentiful. The guest house is located directly behind the city palace and made a great base for exploring the old town of Udaipur. Definitely one of our most relaxing and rewarding stays in India and we would strongly recommend it to anyone who is visiting the area.

It looks much better than the photos and is much brighter and cleaner than the photos. It's very nicely decorated esp the small pieces tiled floor. I was in the dormatory which has 4 beds and two bathrooms! That's a first! Lovely room. The food is also excellent and don't miss Jeetu's curries (he's the Dad) as he's a phenomenal cook and I also highly recommend the masala omelette, the chocolate and banana pancakes and they make lovely masala chai. Lots of ginger 😍 Highly recommend it and for the price it's excellent. The son Happiness, came and picked me up from the bus which I took fro Udaipur and arrived 8pm, which I thought was incredibly sweet and kind. Fab place

Comfortable room, delicious food from the gorgeous rooftop cafe with stunning views of Jaisalmer Fort, and Padam who runs the place is wonderfully responsive, helpful, and kind. The overnight camel safari organised through the guest house was also amazing, very peaceful and interesting and we saw far more animals than we expected!

Bellissimo Haveli nel cuore pulsante del Forte di Jaisalmer. Si tratta di una struttura antica, mantenuta perfettamente negli anni dai suoi proprietari. La famiglia vive qui da 18 generazioni, e da qualche anno hanno deciso di aprire la loro casa al pubblico, rendendo i piani superiori stanze da affittare. L’unico cambiamento che è stato fatto è l’installazione di bagni e collegamento elettrico. La stanza in cui abbiamo soggiornato era incantevole, spaziosa e con bellissimi dipinti alle pareti. Il bagno era funzionale e pulito. L’acqua calda (spesso un problema in India) arriva in 3 minuti. Non c’è un sistema di riscaldamento nelle stanze, non particolarmente necessario in queste zone dato il clima desertico molto mite. Noi abbiamo soggiornato a Gennaio, quindi in pieno inverno, e non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di problema con il freddo ma per i più freddolosi nelle stanze ci sono altre 2 coperte supplementari. Ottima colazione, cibo cucinato fresco che arriva direttamente dalla cucina di casa. Il personale gentilissimo, sempre pronti ad ascoltare le tue esigenze e provare ad aiutare per quanto possibile. Il figlio del proprietario, Shubham, è un ragazzo eccezionale, molto amichevole e preparato, e propone anche un tour gratuito del forte. In termini di qualità/prezzo, ma soprattutto gentilezza delle persone che ci lavorano, non posso che assolutamente consigliare questo alloggio.
