Cleanliness is topnotch. We had everything that we needed. A small kitchen with stove, pots and pans, cutlery, microwave, big refrigerator, washing machine ( so don't bring too much clothes. Save baggage allowance for what you can buy in Tokyo 😉). What I like best was the towels and bedsheets doesn't smell vinegary. It smelled sooo good. The bed was comfortable. They had also extra pillows for the little one. Complete toiletries (shampoo, bodywash, facial wash). Towels and Pyjamas. Everything is translated in English so you can definitely know how the things work. The staff speaks english too. Everyone's friendly and accomodating. Special shout out to Tanaka who told us about the 24-hr supermarket, as we arrived a bit later around 10pm extremely hungry. Check in and check out were a breeze.
