English speaking staff, smooth check in and check out. It’s endless list of things I enjoyed staying there. Totally recommend!

The staff members went above and beyond to help us. My wife has celiac disease and needed special care to be taken with meals and they did an amazing job of providing 2 very large and intricate safe meals each day with no issue.

Richmond Hotel Premier Sendai Ekimae offers a 24-hour front desk and simply decorated accommodation. This hotels is the best hotel I have stayed in while travelling in Japan ! This is the best chain I found. There are many things to mention so I will review this in points - 1. The check-in was fast and hassle free. The staff was polite and explained about the room and amenities and services they provide. 2. They offer free welcome drinks and free soba ( which was very tasty) free drinks ( tea , coffee, soft-drinks ) and ice cream. 3. The room is big ! And very clean. The attached bathroom is also spacious. It has a big bathtub. Every thing is good about the room. They provide both smoking and non-smoking room. 4. There is a huge flat screen tv in the room that allows you to log into your Amazon or Netflix (which not every hotel provides in Japan ). 5. They provide coin-laundry services and the washing machines are so clean ! No lint, no dirt ! 6. The breakfast is awesome. So many options in food and drinks ! 7. They also provide free toiletries and good quality amenities. You get bath salts and face sheet masks and face cleansers , facewash , moisturisers and many other things so you won’t have to buy any of these things. 8. The best thing is its location. Very near to Sendai station and there is a don quijote near by and it is surrounded by so many huge market streets and malls like parco 1 and 2 and s pal

Located in central Sendai just a 3-minute walk from JR Sendai Train Station, Hotel Monterey Sendai features free broadband internet, 3 dining options and a spa with natural hot springs. Love the hotel style and design a lot. Everything is so classy. Definitely worth the money. Even with baggage, I feel easy to move around through the footbridge and subway elevator. For sure will re-visit it when I come back.
