Proper toiletries were provided, unlike my other stays in Sri Lanka. The breakfast is really nice. Also, the location with respect to Sigiriya and Pidurangala is very very good. Only a 15 min walk from the Sigirya Rock's main entrance.

The staff were really friendly and the room was very comfortable and clean the shower had nice hot water we really enjoyed our stay they also helped us with our safari and their price was good. Very nice surroundings with a lot of greenery gives rainforest vibes, great pool to cool down in hot weather and friendly and accommodating host who even offered us a ride to the bus station and the city. We strongly reccommend staying here if you are in Sigiriya. Beautiful, clean and spacious room with AC and fan, comfortable bed, big bathroom with goood hot water preasure. The rooms have a small porche, perfect to relax and read a book. Sri Lankan breakfast was the best we had, every day different things and all of them delicious. Although there are many restaurants around, we stayed for dinner at the homestay and food was delicious and very fair priced. We walked to Sigiriya rock and it was only 30 minutes through a very beautiful path surrounded by nature. Also, they helped us organize the Safari in Minneriya, which was great and also at a very fair price. But what makes the difference is the kindness of this family. They made us feel as if we were at home, always attentive if we needed something. We shared very good moments talking with them, and we even shared pictures. We are so thankful for having shared time with them. Thank you Nayana, Sunil and also to your daughter and son. You made our hearts a bit warmer ♥️

Offering an outdoor swimming pool and spa centre, Jetwing Lake is set in Dambulla in the Matale District Region, 6 km from Dambulla Cave Temple. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Do not think that this is a chain hotel or that it looks large and bland. It is actually anything but. The staff are incredibly switched on to customer satisfaction: Tara the GM appeared twice at our table at different times to make sure we had perfection. Our room was large and deliciously cool. The bed was marshmallow comfortable. We relaxed by birdwatching at the lake ( plus recommend the guided birdwatching). Loved the huge pool, played petanque and loved the food. Best breakfast hoppers of our trip and we have sampled more than a few. We called this our big boutique hotel as when the tour groups leave each morning, we had it virtually to ourselves. It is a good base for Dambulla cave temple and Sigiriya. Am very impressed with Jetwing for eco-conscious policies and truly professional customer service.

Amazing place, you feel yourself living in botanical garden, totally in nature! Every detail is stylish designed, Dinesh and his family are such a great host, very helpful and warm hearted. Everything is clean and food is so fresh. Very recommended, much better experience than 5-star hotels. Definitely high light of our visit in Sri Lanka
