Best host ever we had in our Sri lanka trip. They were very helpful. The husband was a tourist guide for 20 years. Even tho he was booked, he arranged a safari tour for us. And whoever we mentioned the name of the hotel, everyone respected and reduced the prices as they were respecting the host. So that's a huge plus! Very clean room with a big fridge. If you need anything, just ask, they will arrange it.

Located in a peaceful, lush and serene setting, not too far from the Dambulla Cave Temple and the Sigiriya Lion Rock fortress. We got upgraded while checking in, which enhanced our stay.

We were so lucky to book our accommodation here! One of the best experiences that I had in a foreign country. Dinesh and his family were amazing hosts. Very good location, clean nice rooms, they prepared us traditional breakfast and dinner, even a small cake for my friend's birthday! I don't believe that you can have this experience in just a restaurant or at an expensive hotel. Dinesh also helped us to organise our trip, suggested us places to go, talked with drivers. Clean room with stunning view of lions rock, great air conditioning. The breakfasts were delicious and different every morning. Had scooter or bike hire to get into town. The family were so lovely and cooked the best dinners. They even arranged a us a tuk tuk for a sunrise walk up Pidurangala Rock as well as a Safari. They also arranged us a drive to take us to our next location.

A local family run business that offers a wonderful riverside location, cultivated with great care and surrounded by lush forest and wildlife. We spent two nights in one of the treehouses, which is a wonderful choice for a natural experience. The river runs just at the footsteps of the treehouse with waterside seating areas, private terrace and hammock. Amongst the treetops the pleasant sounds of the jungle can be heard. Alternatively, one night we stayed in a room above the family home. This room was also lovely, very fresh and clean. With both options a delicious breakfast is served riverfront.
