The pool/garden area was so beautiful - such a lovely place to relax first thing in the morning or when we returned after a long day. Sebastien was a brilliant host. He was friendly and helpful and responded really quickly to any questions or requests that we had. Thank you!

Great pool, lovely staff and food was amazing. Access to Bardo’s facilities next door was an extra treat. Vibrant area, it’s not always the quietest but we loved the buzz.

This resort is really exceptional. We loved everything - the rooms were amazing, staff so helpful and welcoming and the beach was paradise..we didn't see a turtle unfortunately but saw lots of other cool sea life. This was our first time in an all inclusive resort and we were a bit unsure how the food would be but we weren't disappointed at all...the French and Japanese restaurants were our favourites! We also did the jungle tour and really enjoyed learning about the nature of the resort and the evening entertainment was of great quality...we will be returning.

Nagtatampok ang Zamas Hotel ng hardin, private beach area, shared lounge, at terrace sa Tulum. A charming hotel, right on the sand, with rustic but very comfortable and quiet rooms. Super friendly and attentive staff. Ideal for relaxing and observing nature, with the feeling of being far from the hustle and bustle, although it is only a few steps away from the main beach street.

This hotel is located on one of the nicest beaches in Tulum, Mexico. The hotel offers a secluded location, guest rooms with free WiFi, an on-site restaurant and the Ziggy's Beach Club. This secluded guest house is located outside the village of Tulum, only a short cab ride of the beach. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens. The owner is french - like us, it was really nice talking with him. He gave us a map our the recommended restaurants and cenotes nearby. They had some cats, lovely dogs, and even an opossum ? The swimming pool was really nice, we took a lot of bathes in it and were always alone. And the breakfast was also really good.

Food was comparable only to fine dining gourmet restaurants and the drinks (spirits and champagne/sparkling wine) was of amazing quality. We strongly recommend the Exotic Spa experience, especially the Fantasy massage for couples (thank you Estrella and Luis!!!). Live show and party every night ! The beach was picturesque with white sand like sugar and at this time of the year (mid April) the sargassum problem wasn`t so big , so we enjoyed the beach a lot
