Nestled amongst the natural and lush greenery of the rainforests near the border between Malaysia and Brunei, Mulu Marriott Resort is located on Melinau Paku River in Miri. The room was perfect. Luxurious, spacious, clean and quite. It looks beautifully in such a remote place. Breakfast had a lot of options.

A stunning hotel, the pool, gym and sauna are modern and spotless. Our room was upgraded and was spacious and maintained beautifully. We loved the waterfall shower and huge bed. We got room service and didn’t expect much but the vegan burger was hot and so tasty. Just the luxury we needed after climbing Mount Kinabalu!

The location is incredible! So easy to walk to the waterfront, to nearby restaurants, etc. You’re really right in the middle of the action here. We could even enjoy the nightly light show from the comfort of our room.
