Guests can relax in the garden at the property. We had a really nice room and I very much appreciated that in the hotel were always some tea and fruits for free. The breakfast was nice with good fruits and freshly made eggs. The stuff was super friendly.

I am a hotel photographer so I see A LOT of hotels. The staff here were amazing ! They were so so nice and helpful. They truly made our experience top tier. Then, the hotel itself had all the amenities to make it super comfortable: robes, blow dryer, slippers, great AC, amazing soaps/ shampoo. Honestly everything was a 10/10. The bed was super comfortable sleep and we got our first great sleep in a while. Also the breakfast was beyond ! Buffet and you can order whatever you want all included. Two welcome drinks upon arrival this place had it all. Super close to lots of things, including the metro, and just a short walk from most great restaurants and sites. We loved it !

The room I was in was lovely, overlooking the street and had a great view of the castle. The staff were super helpful with information and recommendations. The breakfast spread was amazing and perhaps the most extensive I’ve seen of any breakfast buffet in Europe. There’s nothing I did not love about this place. Any time I return to Lisbon this is the only hotel I want to stay in!
