The room was so pretty, with the high ceilings and decoration. The staircase in the building is breathtaking. I also liked the little garden in the back, perfect for morning coffee.

The Hotel da Oliveira is within the historical Guimarães city centre, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The Guimarães Castle, the city’s most iconic landmark is 150 metres away. Everyone is good. They also offered me breakfast box as i had to leave early for my flight. Really impressive.

The staffs were so kind, when we found the room was no good, she changed the other room for us quickly . Also the reception were patient to give us useful information about the city.
