Everything, we wished we could have stayed longer. I had my first solid night of sleep on the whole holiday on the big comfy bed. The room was huge and simple and beautiful. The pool magnificent. Wonderful Breakfast Basket delivered to the cottage each morning (freshly baked bread & croissants, ham & cheese, jam & butter, fruit, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, milk, coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice.). The swimming pool and lapa area is straight out of a magazine! The entire quinta is quiet and well maintained. The manageress, Lita, is wonderful and provides the most amazing service (from restaurant suggestions to explaining everything)

We spent our days relaxing, exploring the stunning surroundings, and simply enjoying the tranquility of nature. The mornings were especially magical—waking up to the sounds of birds and having breakfast with a breathtaking view was a highlight of our stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable experience. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway in nature with all the comforts of a cozy retreat, Herdade do Moinho Novo is the perfect place. We can't wait to visit again!
