You can take an energy boost at the on-site coffee house, play a game of billiards, or even prepare a barbecue. Casa Savri was my favourite stay during my 9-day trip across Romania. It’s the oldest accommodation in Sighişoara and you can truly feel the history in every corner. Beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable, perfectly located, and the staff are genuinely warm and welcoming. Absolutely loved it.

Gasthaus Alte Post is located in the historic centre of Sighişoara, just 300 metres from the Clock Tower, and offers a restaurant serving local Transylvanian cuisine. Free WiFi access is available in all public areas. The breakfast was good and beautifully served. The place is just round the corner from the citadel so exploring was very easy.

Located a 5-minute walk from Sighisoara´s historical centre, Casa Adalmo offers free WiFi, free barbecue facilities, free air conditioning and a terrace. Free parking spaces are available on site and a bus stop is 200 metres away. Beautiful spacious garden and a wonderful host. There are a number of friendly cats on the property that we were very amused with.

Centrally located in Sighisoara, a 2-minute walk from the Mediaeval Citadel, Hotel Central Park houses the Restaurant & Wine bar with Romanian and international dishes, a summer garden and a lounge with a café. The hotel is very conveniently located, on a main central road, allowing access to the medieval part of town. Room, in the attic, was nice and comfy. Next morning breakfast was excellent.

The Plaza V Hotel is situated in the heart of the city of Tirgu Mures offers modern and colourfully styled rooms with free access to the spa and fitness centre. You can choose your room yourself on check-in upon availability. Great hotel, good size room, good bed, good coffee, for free in the lobby as well, really good breakfast. Great location close to centre.

Found a 6 minutes' walk from the Piata Cetatii Medievale in Sighisoara's centre, the Mercure Sighisoara Binderbubi Hotel & Spa has a Tyrolean-inspired décor and a vaulted wine cellar. It offers free internet access and free parking. Very comfortable and cozy. Very good breakfast.

Guests of the Ensana Sovata can benefit from the spa area with swimming pool, salt-water pool, sauna, steam bath, adventure bath, relaxation room, fitness room and free bathrobe use. A free ticket to the Lake Bear is provided in July and August. Very charming and helpful staff at the Sovata Hotel.

All rooms are fitted with a flat-screen TV and a mini-fridge. Rooms are equipped with a private bathroom. A hairdryer is provided upon request. It is the second time we have come to this place, so that implies we like everything here, from the accommodation as a whole, the size of the room, tranquility, the food in the restaurant to the spa facilities and closeness to the Praid Salt Mine. We will be coming again!
