My second stay, great food at the hotel restaurant, 10 for the chefs, and also hard working staff who are giving the best service. Entertainment team great professionals, excellent shows, part of the park is closed but still a lot of activities to do. Very clean everywhere.

Also Nur Muhammed, Burcu, Cansu, Ayşegül and all staff of Lagoon Restaurant were very kind and helpful during our stay. Shows in hotel was also amazing, we have enjoyed a lot. Foods in Lagoon Restaurant was very well prepared and served. Kaya Palazzo will be always in my top tier list for vacation.

The pools , the water parks, the beach everything even better than the pictures. The staff went all the way in cleaning the room, arranging big tables at the restaurant, preparing your drinks and really following up on your preferred activities. Themed nights at the restaurant were also a nice touch and food was simply amazing. The hotel was so family friendly. I would definitely come back.
