The apartment exceeded all of our expectations. It was clean, tidy, spacious, and tastefully decorated, complete with a private balcony with a staggeringly beautiful view of the bay, especially at sunset. The hotel is located close to the old windmills, which offer even more stunning views of the coast. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need for extended stays or if you simply prefer to cook your own meals. There's even a Nespresso machine with a few complementary pods. There's free parking, and a swimming pool too. Degirmenburnu balances practicality with beauty. This is a place that's delightful to stay at even if you don't really need the practicalities it offers.

The staff was very kind , polite and helpful. They clean our room every day without requesting , change towels. Thank you for the hotel staff. Nice place for relaxing. We enjoyed our holidays in this hotel

Multiple bars and pools and delicious food with every meal!! Special shout out to Sultan D who took exceptional care of the Pattaya Bar area, always with a smile and friendly conversation. The food here deserves a special mention—every meal was delicious, featuring fresh, flavorful ingredients that highlighted local cuisine. However, be prepared for a bit of a trek if you plan to visit the beach. The path can be quite rugged, so good shoes are a must. Alternatively, Imre is more than happy to help arrange transportation for an easier journey. Overall, we loved every moment of our peaceful getaway at Kabak Avalon Bungalows and highly recommend it for a unique and relaxing experience.
