The bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept on in a hotel. The shower was very relaxing as well! Friendly & accommodating staff. Lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas! Valet service was wonderful and friendly as well. We visited with the intention of exploring the area within walking distance BUT you could honestly visit The Chattanoogan Hotel and never have to leave the property with so many options on site!
