Overall my experience was really good I had communication with the staff and they were really helpful and even when I had an accident with a glass for wine and I broke it they didn't have an issue. It was a really nice place and you can tell that the space is new. As I frequently visit the area I will pick them again!!!

Quiet place, perfect for a weekend getaway. Everything you need is there, yet it remains sooo minimal. Every wall, the ceiling and the floor are wooden, so it feels (and smells) like a cabin in the forest! I cooked both nights with no problem and found coffee in the morning.

The house was very comfortable for our family of four. The boys each had their own bedroom and a separate for us. The jacuzzi was used many evenings. It was centrally located for the places we went. It was quiet and private.

View, space, environment, price.

Giant house. Easy to walk down the hill for a gyro. Easy to drive into town for dinner. Easy to drive to Poseidon's Temple. A great place to stay the night between flights out of the Athens airport.

Great service, felt luxurious there and the pool was fantastic. Highly recommend.

The reception staff upgraded our room to a beach view when we arrived (which was very nice). The beach was nice and not crowded. The pool and pool area was lovely and relaxing. The breakfast buffet was large and included many, many choices. We found the staff to be very friendly and attentive in all of our interactions.

The Palm Tree villa is an immaculate property with absolutely everything we could have wished. Host - We met Dora who was lovely and very helpful. The local cats also greeted us warmly, we enjoyed this and we loved to cuddle them. Facilities - The villa is extremely well equipped. There is a toaster, a coffee machine, a washing machine, salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee capsules, filter coffee, tea, corkscrew, cling film, beach towels, bath towels, good quality shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, washing up liquid, and so MANY more useful items. There was even a huge bag full of ice cubes in the freezer! And if that wasn't enough, we were greeted with a bottle of white wine and some fresh fruit. Absolutely amazing. Cleanliness - The property was immaculate, the cleanliness was exceptional. Comfort - All the furniture, mattresses, pillows, lights, sun loungers, etc were very comfortable. The decoration is lovely. The outside space is gorgeous, with a nice private pool, an outdoor table, and an outdoor "breakfast bar", it was all so well thought and relaxing. The bathrooms were also well furnished, the shower was excellent, everything was immaculate. Location - It is located on the hills and benefits from great views. The location is quiet and ideal to relax and wind down. Palaia Fokaia beach is just a 6 minutes drive, it's a busy but relaxed beach where locals go with the family, the sea is very calm and good for the kids. We stayed here for 2 nights before getting a ferry to Kythnos, we regretted we didn't stay longer but hopefully we will be back.

The pictures do not do this villa justice - it’s STUNNING. The home is beautifully appointed, with every modern convenience that you could ever want. The wrap around terraces offer a spectacular view, and the location is quiet and private. This is one of the nicest places that we have ever stayed. There were so many thoughtful touches waiting for us when we checked in, and the manager reached out our second day to make sure that we have everything that we need. There is even a welcome guide with appliance instructions, and suggested places to visit in the area.

East check in/check out, great location

Our stay at D&K Vacation Villa was amazing! The house was very easy to find, had a parking spot and a brilliant yard! We were pleasantly surprised to find there was everything one might need on a trip - from normal amenities down to even beach towels and mosquito repellent! There was also a beach umbrella. Our host Kaly was really helpful and provided directions prior to our arrival. Really pleasant stay, we will definitely visit again!
