I move from Deluxe Double Room to Executive Double Room. A Receptionist on that day, Miss Uut very accommodating. The size of the bedroom and bathroom is the same, but the room facilities are slightly better than the deluxe double room. There is a mini fridge, and the coffee/tea cups are made of ceramic. The room has a view of the Kayan River, but this room also has no hair dryer. Beds and pillows are comfy. Overall, I think next time I will choose this type of room to stay for the sake of the mini fridge and the view.

Spacious 3 bedrooms apartment with en-suite bathrooms. Nice living area. Balcony facing sea. Nice view. Checked in and checked out was simple. Getting to the parking lot is a bit of a challenge esp to find the correct parking lot.

The room was spacious. I was expecting a smaller room for the price but no, it was large. You check in by yourself. They give you the password for the main door and the password for your key and card thay uses a box in front of your room. Very convenient.

Very spacious apartment, three large bedrooms. Amazing view. Shopping mall directly underneath is a bonus, with the boulevard hypermarket (has a food court and massive supermarket too). Swimming pool outdoors and about 12m long. Air conditioner in every room. Showers were okay, noisy with pumps on, mediocre pressure. Washing machine.

Very professionally run. Large swimming pool and access to private sandy beach. Large grounds with 9 hole golf course. Completely private as no one else is allowed unless hotel guests. Room very spacious with all immanigable facilities. Good sized private terrace. Restaurants are efficient and supply a variety if food.

Central location right in the hub of sandakan town. Our room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was nice with a powerful shower. Breakfast buffet was good with lots of options. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Having a gym was a nice bonus - plenty in there for a good workout.

Possibly the most wonderful place we’ve stayed. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room (River lodge 2 bedrooms) was so relaxing, comfortable and large. The location is unbeatable - Poring Hot Springs entrance at your doorstep. The food at the restaurant was delicious and well priced. Cannot fault this property and would strongly recommend to others!

This was a very last minute emergency stay because our other accommodations were unliveable. The host got the place ready for us with an hours notice, and the house was a dream. We had 7 adults with us, 2 couples and the rest singles, so we were able to each have our own bedrooms here. There were plenty of wet rooms/bathrooms so we didn't have to worry about sharing a single toilet between 7. The view was amazing, and the bedrooms were a great size, each with their own fan and table.

Location above a mall. Spacious 3 bedroom high floor unit with a sun shine balcony overlooking the city. Quiet. Good Security. Good WiFi. Work area. Hard bed. Aircond. Hot water. Washing machine. Netflix. Good communication with host. Near to airport. Cheap grab to city. Value for money.
Did not use pool, gym, sauna etc on level 6.

The room was spacious and clean. We selected the hotel because of the good location. Our room was facing the jetty and we enjoyed the beautiful view during sunset. There were varieties and tasty food to be selected for breakfast.
