Cute boutique hotel, you can tell the owners put a lot of effort into making the hotel cozy and comfy for the guest. Breakfast was amazing, homemade ham and egg salad - a bit enough selection of everything and just good quality!!

The place is super clean and super nice. The views and location is outstanding. The suite is super nice and the two level roof windows makes it splendid. Also, the common rooms, the conservatory, and the terrace are excellent for a really relaxing time alone or with friends. A nice touch is the trust var.

This unit exceeded our expectations! It was spotless, had everything we needed, and the surroundings were lovely. The location was perfect for traveling around. The check-in process was simple, we had lots of privacy, and Sussane, our host, was very friendly and welcoming. Thanks for a great stay – we highly recommend it!

We chose Happy Fisherman on the basis of its cost, size, pet friendliness and location relative to the Hirtshals ferry terminal. What impressed us most was the flexibility and service we received from Johnny, the host. We were way earlier than expected and he was happy to accommodate our late notice early check in. We left very early in the morning and he was outside clearing snow from the pathway!!! Property is perfect for a small family exploring the area or laying up 45 mins short of the ferry like we were. It seems to be in a really nice residential area but just a few minutes from some nice child friendly restaurants and shopping if you need it.
