Location is superb. So easy to walk everywhere. Room is clean and spacious, loved having access to a terrace. Despite being above a restaurant and pub in a busy area, you could not hear the noise from your room.

We all loved the apartment. Very nice condition. 4 big bedrooms. Comfortable living area which could seat all 7 of us. Fantastic location. Just 5-10min walk from the central station. 20 mins or so into town and the beach area. Nearby choices for bakeries and mini-market. Air con works well. My room had a balcony that could seat two, so great for morning coffee. Ensuite bathrooms (one bathroom for each room) great so I had a shower & loo to myself. :) Would definitely stay there again. We were a group of 4 couples.

We had a fantastic time during our stay. The host was friendly and was very kind to allow us to drop luggage earlier. It was close to Carrefour so it was easy to buy ingredients for cooking. The view from our rooms and balcony was amazing. We specifically loved the big sofa where the whole family could gather together. The bathroom was spacious too. We enjoyed every corner of the apartment.

The Hotel was amazing, very peaceful. I loved that our room was on the ground floor. Near to the pool and the gym.
I loved the turn down service. They would replace everything such as towels, tea, coffee, empty the bins. I loved the terrace I had in my room overlooking the sea. I also enjoyed the limited equipment of the gym, it kept me fit.
The team were very helpful. The team would come during the breakfast and ask every client about their stay and needs.

Excellent facilities, clean bedroom and bathroom with excellent mini kitchen. Spacious living area which meant we could have breakfast in our room every day. Reception staff helpful and location excellent- but that does come at a price! Both in euros and outside noise levels.

We got an upgrade to a family room and this was great as it was spacious. The rooms were clean and had facilities such as fridge. The hotel is walking distance from the Nice Ville train station and to the tourist areas. The Tourism Office at the train station is helpful.

Lovely hotel, great location, peaceful.
Everything was perfect. We had a ground floor family room which was spacious and had a good size terrace and close to the pool. Pool is warm and relaxing, plenty of sun beds and sheltered from the wind.

The location was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. But the facility is a bit old. In my room, the door to the balcony was damaged. The wardrobe was placed in a stupid place and was also damaged. It was a bit annoying for us. But on plus side I must add that they have a pretty nice bar on the roof terrace.

The hotel facilities, pool and rooftop jacuzzi were excellent.

A very nice stay in this lovely independent hotel. The room was very clean and fairly spacious with a good shower. The view from the room/balcony was fabulous. Bar area and terrace were very nice and the staff were excellent notably Martel and Felisha.
