Each meal was an assortment of different Japanese dishes that would be difficult to discover and try on your own. Everything was prepared and presented to the highest standard, and the kaiseki-style serving made it feel even more special. And finally, staying in such a grand traditional Japanese room was unforgettable. It felt as if we were living in one of the palaces we had been visiting throughout Japan.

Neat and clean hotel. The staff were professional and friendly. Had a very good view of the ocean. The breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of choices.

Toilets and bathroom are shared but were super clean. Bathrooms are well equipped with toiletries amd hairdryer, also a hot bath available in the bathrooms opened 24/7. Ryokan is very cozy, and it was very calm…no noise from other guests or from the street. Very near to subway station Kamimaezu and Mirai Tower reachable by walk in about 15 mins
