Only a 5-minute drive from Miyajima Ferry Port with its free shuttle, beautiful ocean views can be enjoyed from Miyajima Seaside Hotel. This was easily one of the best - if not the best - hotel experience I have ever had in my life! The staff was super friendly, took care of our baggage while we went sightseeing (they even offered us umbrellas!) and then came to get us in the evening to bring us to the hotel. The included dinner and breakfast were amazing, it really was a luxurious experience! The onsen accepted tatoos so another plus. The seaside view was beautiful even if the weather was not ideal.

Jukeiso features Japanese-style rooms overlooking the majestic entrance gate (Torii) of Itsukushima-jinja Shrine, only a 5-minute walk from the Unesco World Heritage Site itself. Incredible staff, they were very helpful! The rooms are big, and you even get a Japanese style greeting.

Just a 7-minute walk from Itsukushima Shrine, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Combining modern design with a homely decor, Kikunoya Hotel offers both Western and Japanese-style rooms. I had a wonderful time at Kikunoya. The bath was great and the dinner was amazing. Special thanks to Azusa Yamamoto for being so attentive and helpful.

Azumi Setoda er staðsett í aðeins 25 km fjarlægð frá Oogamiyama Omoto-helgiskríninu og býður upp á gistirými í Onomichi með aðgangi að garði, sameiginlegri setustofu og sólarhringsmóttöku. Just fabulous from start to finish.

The Shiroyama Terrace Tsuyama Villa er með gufubað og heita laug, auk loftkældra gistirýma í Tsuyama, 200 metra frá Tsuyama Wonder-safninu. The place is good. The price is good as well.

Kinsuikan er staðsett í Miyajima, skammt frá Fimm hæða pagóðunni og Itsukushima-helgiskríninu. Boðið er upp á gistirými með ókeypis einkabílastæði og aðgang að jarðvarmabaði. Staying at the Kinsuikan was a magical time. Being in the middle of everything, getting the traditional experience as well as able to use the onsen.

Itsukushimahigashimonzen Kikugawa er staðsett í Miyajima og býður upp á gistirými sem eru aðeins fyrir fullorðna, garð og sameiginlega setustofu. Lovely traditional style ryokan with tasteful interior design.

Kansuitei Kozeniya er staðsett í 50 km fjarlægð frá Daijoji-hofinu og býður upp á gistirými í Tottori með aðgangi að hverabaði. The hospitality was exceptional.

Suminoe Ryokan er staðsett í Onomichi, aðeins 25 km frá Oogamiyama Omoto-helgiskríninu og býður upp á gistirými með sjávarútsýni, ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. Old traditional Inn with a beautiful garden in the courtyard and views of the waterfront. Lots of common areas space. Our room had a garden view, was spacious, futons and pillows very comfortable. There is a good size fridge, a toilet, and a convenient sink for wash up and set all toiletries. Everything works well, wifi etc…onsen was very nice as well. The whole place is very clean and quiet, Breakfast and dinner are served in a room and you can enjoy the view of the garden if you leave the doors open, the food was very good, traditional Japanese. Fantastic location, basically across the street from the ferry we took for Onomichi. And by the bike path. The Main Street starts around the corner. All the staff is wonderful. The hostesses are incredibly kind, fun and caring, they will assist you with anything. They picked us up at the Setoda bus station, we were grateful. You can rent a bike nearby. Also I forgot my iPad on the JR train, they took the matter in their hands and I got it the next day!! We spent 3 nights and it was great. We will definitely come back if in the area again.

Oyado Tsukiusagi er staðsett í Miyajima, 600 metra frá Fimm Storey Pagoda, 800 metra frá Itsukushima-helgiskríninu og 1,3 km frá Daisho-in-hofinu.
