Also, the staff were warm and inviting, helpful and friendly.

This was a delightful evening on our journey through Japan. Everything exceeded my expectations! This was also the best bed I have slept in throughout the whole holiday! We look forward to booking a longer stay another time. The staff are also wonderful.

Great place to stay, very well located by walk. The quality and cleaning was excelent and the host really kind. Also delicious breakfast was served. Recomended!

Machi no Odoriba has been the highlight of our trip. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and the Ryokan is absolutely dreamy. You have your own private onsen, a huge amount of space and a gorgeous garden. We couldn't have asked for anything more. The breakfast was utterly delicious, and we really appreciated them making us a bento box for the morning we had to head off early. Also, take them up on the restaurant offer for one night, the food was incredible!

We had a truly unforgettable stay at this ryokan. From the moment we arrived, the attention and care from the staff were exceptional. We are especially grateful to the young woman who kindly assisted us in English—she was incredibly helpful and patient, especially since it was our first time staying in a traditional Japanese setting and we were a bit clumsy with the customs. Thanks to her and the whole team, we felt completely comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay. The room with a private onsen and sauna was absolutely incredible, offering stunning views that made the experience even more special. The traditional dinners and breakfasts were both delicious and plentiful—each meal was a true feast, beautifully presented and full of flavor. The area around the ryokan is also beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a walk or simply to relax and take in the atmosphere. We also really appreciated the convenient shuttle service to and from Kagaonsen Station—it made the logistics of getting there effortless. We wholeheartedly recommend this ryokan to anyone looking for a warm, authentic, and luxurious Japanese experience

The service is most impeccable, the hotel allowed early check in for our stay. As we booked the hotel for our anniversary the hotel has provided us with special gifts and welcome drinks. The staff are so kind and patient. The food is also most excellent, both the dinner and breakfast are delicious and food are so beautifully arranged as if they are like artwork. We highly recommend this hotel.

Located a 5-minute drive from JR Kanazawa Station, Ryokan Yamamuro offers Japanese-style guestrooms with free WiFi. Omicho Market and Kanazawa Castle Park can both be reached with a 5-minute walk. Bungo was a wonderful host, he was super kind helping us in any type of request and fulfilling our needs. The ryokan was in a perfect location, close to most important attraction.
