Staff and service were beyond expectations. And they were wonderful with our children (9 & 12yo). They also setup the futons for us while we were out for dinner. We really wished we stayed more than one night - we will be back!

The staff were all so friendly, and the two ladies that helped with the kimonos are incredible and beautiful humans. We wish we could have stayed longer with them, it was the perfect stay!

The special Japanese atmosphere is one of a kind, it is not a luxurious hotel, but everything is well organized and elegant, we were treated with polite staff and very comfortable service, we are happy and satisfied with the amazing living/ onsen experience in Seikoro Kyoto. Will consider this place again in the future.

Units are complete with a private bathroom, while certain units at the ryokan also provide guests with a seating area. It was a very welcoming environment. The staff was amazing and food was delicious. Our room was perfect. Relaxing environment.
