The staff were all so friendly, and the two ladies that helped with the kimonos are incredible and beautiful humans. We wish we could have stayed longer with them, it was the perfect stay!

Our room with a private onsen was absolutely amazing, and the kaiseki dinner was unforgettable — truly a culinary experience.
