Hotel was easy to find with free parking and an excellent location with amazing service. Could have stayed here for a whole week with the castle views!

Kamo Shrine is 7.9 km from the ryokan, while Ryozanji Temple is 8.4 km from the property. Okayama Airport is 34 km away. It is a fantastic couple who run a small hotel. It is located on a hill side with a very beautiful view. The dinner they served was exceptional good with local meat and vegetables.

Boasting a garden and views of inner courtyard, Yoshii Ryokan is a ryokan set in a historic building in Kurashiki, 400 metres from Shinkeien Garden. There is an in-house restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. The ryokan has family rooms. Our room had an adjoining garden, which was peaceful and lovely. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. The meals were traditional and delicious, with polite and kind staff. The bath was very enjoyable too.

The thoughtful anniversary gift they gave us, the exceptional food and cuisine, the cleanliness of the hotel and free drinks, the private outdoor bath we had in our room. Gorgeous Kashikiri (private rental) onsen bath on the roof top of the hotel called "Sora No Yu" that will take your breath away with the night view of the lighten up yubara bridge and river. Kind staff. Delicious breakfast. Relaxing atmosphere. Cute rabbit motifs all over the hotel. There is a cute message board for guests at the entrance to leave messages on little wooden boards (perfect for artists). Beautiful hotel. Relaxation heaven. Perfect location! Highly recommend Hakkei in Yubara Onsen.

Hotel is in general good, just not compared to the price you pay.
