Matatagpuan sa Takashima, ang Marumo Ryokan ay 46 km mula sa Sanzen-in Temple. Marumo Ryokan is an authentic Japanese ryokan and is hands down the best we’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, it is impeccably clean, and the meals are a delicious traditional feast. The hosts are very accommodating and thoughtful. We took the train to Omi-Iwazu and then rode back to Omi-Takashima, where we rented bikes to visit the Shirahige shrine. We also went to Makino to spend some time at the beach. Our entire group of five wished we had planned to stay for 2 or 3 nights instead of one. It was a wonderful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the rest of our trip and we would hands down all choose to stay there again!

Biwako Hanakaido features outdoor and indoor hot-spring baths, 3 dining options and rooms with a balcony and Lake Biwako views. It also has a garden and a sauna, while the lobby offers free WiFi. The staff were absolutely amazing and the facility is beautiful. We had a great time enjoying the Onsen, delicious food, and seeing the nearby temples.

Biwako Ryokusuitei offers Japanese-style/Western rooms with Lake Biwako views, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Room was big and clean. Dinner was excellence. Everything was good during our stayed

Kaakit-akit na lokasyon sa Ogoto Onsen district ng Otsu, ang Yumotokan ay matatagpuan 16 km mula sa Enryaku-ji Temple, 17 km mula sa Mount Hiei at 19 km mula sa Shoren-in Temple. Everything. Dinner was superb and they recognized my allergic ingredients I had informed since booking a half boarded room. Nice outdoor onsens including one on the top of the building. Plenty of free parking.

Boasting a hot spring bath, Dantokan Kikunoya is located a 5-minute drive from JR Ogoto Onsen Station. Free pick-up from the station is available upon advance request. The staff here are incredible. They went above and beyond to help us celebrate our honeymoon. I was so grateful for how hard they all worked and how kind they all were. We also got the breakfast service in our room, which was excellent, and they provided several drinks in the fridge for us for free. They shuttled us from the station and back to it, and we were even sent off by the staff at the end of our stay. So friendly and welcoming. Also, our deluxe suite had the private open air bath, and I can't recommend that enough. It was so relaxing and incredible. Lastly, I personally loved the toiletries and additional things that came with the room (shampoo, straightener, beverages, yukata, pajamas, etc.)

Matatagpuan sa Nagahama, 26 km mula sa Hikone Castle, ang Ryokan Beniayu ay nagtatampok ng accommodation na may mga libreng bisikleta, libreng private parking, shared lounge, at terrace. Staff very friendly, helpful and attentive. Especially Ms. Singh, good smiling face and fluent English speaking. Room was spacious and surprised to have a massage chair. Both dinner were delicious.

Matatagpuan sa Nagahama, 14 km mula sa Hikone Castle, ang 長浜城下 町屋ホテル 和乃リトリートひといき ay nagtatampok ng accommodation na may hardin, libreng private parking, terrace, at bar. This was one of the best and aesthetically pleasing stays in my life up to this point. The tastefulness of the room aswell as the whole hotel was truly amazing. The minute I stepped in I knew I had to write something here. The staff also was immensly polite and friendly.

Matatagpuan sa Otsu, 23 km mula sa Sanzen-in Temple, ang The Gran Resort Oumi Maiko ay nag-aalok ng accommodation na may hardin, libreng private parking, at bar. Right across from the beach. Had a great Onsen. Good Japanese style breakfast.

Matatagpuan sa Hikone, sa loob ng 2.7 km ng Hikone Castle at 6 km ng Maibara Station, ang KAMENOI HOTEL Hikone ay naglalaan ng accommodation na may restaurant at libreng WiFi sa buong accommodation,... Amazing food, pleasant staff and great onsen. Frequent shuttles to and from train station was a plus.

Matatagpuan sa Hikone, wala pang 1 km mula sa Hikone Castle, ang Honmachi Juku ay naglalaan ng accommodation na may hardin, libreng private parking, at shared lounge. Very cosy and welcoming. The area is very nice with the temple just beside it and a small garden. The ryokan is beautiful. The owners are very friendly people.
