Opened in June 2013, The Edo Sakura offers accommodation in a Japanese-style Machiya townhouse located a 5-minute walk from Iriya Subway Station and a 10-minute walk from JR Uguisudani Train Station. Breakfast was amazing. Personal was very dedicated. Smiles only

Ryokan Sansuiso er aðeins 450 metra frá JR Gotanda-lestarstöðinni, á Yamanote-línunni. Það býður upp á hefðbundin japönsk gistirými með tatami-gólfum (ofinn hálmur), futon-rúmum og ókeypis WiFi. The staff were incredibly friendly and the room was clean and spacious. The facilities were maintained extremely well and there was even a bath available for use. The location is near to Yamanote sen station and very convenient to access most places in Tokyo.

A 2-minute walk from Sendagi Subway Station, Japanese-style hotel Annex Katsutaro Ryokan features rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring and free Wi-Fi internet. This is my third visit to this Ryokan in 10 years and I'm sure I will be back. Love the rooms, the location, the staff.

Situated in the Asakusa area, Ryokan Asakusa Shigetsu has a history of 70 years. The accommodation boasts a view of the Tokyo Skytree from its Hinoki wood bath. That has been an authentic experience! Staying in ryokan was amazing - room with tatami floor and futon was exactly what we needed to compliment our stay in Japan. The owner and staff were great and helpful. The bath on the top floor has very good facilities and unmatched view. We will definitely be back

Situated 200 metres from Choen-ji Temple, 寅ホテル 御徒町 TORA HOTEL Okachimachi in Tokyo features rooms with air conditioning and free WiFi. It is set 300 metres from Tokaku-ji Temple and offers a lift. It was super lovely! The facility is good. The house is cute and clean. Everything was new and stylish! The bed was sooo comfortable as well! Highly recommend for a group of 6 people for a comfy stay. I would definitely return here again

Cyashitsu Ryokan asakusa er staðsett í Tókýó, 300 metra frá Asakusa Fuji-helgiskríninu og 7,5 km frá miðbænum. Boðið er upp á loftkæld gistirými með ókeypis WiFi og baðkari undir berum himni. Immaculately cared for with the kindest staff I have ever encountered. You immediately feel at home and taken care of with small touches like skincare in the bathrooms, to big things like the private roof onsen available for free reservation. Fabulous breakfast and we were on our honeymoon so they surprised us with a decorated dessert and Polaroid photo of us!! Over the top kindness that makes me recommend this hotel to everyone and can’t imagine visiting Japan again without staying here.

The room was very clean, thoughtfully arranged, and comfortable. Everything was well maintained, quiet, and relaxing, and the space felt welcoming after long days exploring the city. An exceptional host who went above and beyond. We left home with a meaningful keepsake which was unexpected and very appreciated. We hope to come back someday.

Situated in Tokyo, within 1.5 km of Sensoji Temple and 2.2 km of Tokyo Skytree, Ryokan Nakadaya offers accommodation with a shared lounge. An amazing experience! This was my first time in Tokyo and I was very glad that the first place where I stayed was this Ryokan! For a solo traveler it was such a convenient, comfortable and cozy place! I did feel like in anime while coming home and experiencing traditional Japanese Ryokan! Also Mr.Tatsuya was incredibly hospitable and very friendly! He was showing many places in Tokyo, helping with all questions about the stay or about the trip, even sending all the locations from Google maps with recommendations! Every day he was saying “itterashai” when I was going out of the house and saying “ittekimas” - it was a little thing yet I actually felt like local living in Japan! :) And I also really enjoyed sleeping on traditional tatami, I slept like a baby!! Very thankful for such an incredible experience and highly recommend this place

Takanawa Hanakohro, a Member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World is located in Tokyo, 2.3 km from Ebisu Garden Place. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Hanakohro offered a peaceful and comfortable retreat where time and expenses were never a concern. Everything was taken care of, allowing us to fully unwind and enjoy the experience, which included exploring the unique lounges, garden and buildings on the grounds. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding, making us feel at home.
